Meet Makhzuna
A bridge between cultures, ideas and opportunities.
Makhzuna is the founder of Web and Com Paris. Originally from Central Asia, she grew up in Uzbekistan, completed her university studies in Moscow, then came to France on an academic exchange programme and earned a second degree here.
Living and building a career in several countries, and working alongside people from many backgrounds, showed her how much support matters when you grow a business in a new cultural and linguistic environment.
My story, our mission
My journey becamethe foundation of this agency.
My own international path inspired me to create an agency that acts as a cultural and professional bridge between entrepreneurs, countries and opportunities. In August 2025, I decided to found Web and Com Paris.
Today, my mission is to help people from different cultural backgrounds grow their business in France, find the right solutions and turn their ideas into real projects.
